Wonderful glass covered butter dish with metal lid by Faberware. The center of the shiny lid has a melanime knob, and is from about 1950's.
The dish stands about 3" high with the lid and the detailed glass dish is about 4" square, and measures about 7" from handle to handle. Very good condition, with so many uses. Use it in the kitchen, or be creative and find its special use. Perfect for a gift.
